About

Nigeria 2.0 was created in 2009 with the goal of helping tech entrepreneurs express their tech potentials.

In recent times, Nigeria’s web industry has been generating a lot of buzz in the new media space and we think it’s high time to launch a platform that would bring web entrepreneurs, social media players as well as web 2.0 experts around the world together in order to showcase and celebrate Nigeria’s technological innovations in the new media space.

Nigeria20.com has been designed as a tech events platform that will feature conferences, workshops in Nigeria on the Future of Web Startups (FoWebS), the Future of Mobile Apps (FoMApps), the Future of Online Advertising (FoAd), the Future of Social Media (FoSoM), etc as well as Social Media Awards that recognizes the best web talents within Nigeria’s Web Industry.

The conferences would be a great way to learn the technologies that entrepreneurs need to know and the business models needed to be adopted that would bring them success on the web.

At our events, you’ll listen to and learn from the web’s biggest names and most exciting new talent in the Nigerian web industry. Plus, an opportunity to network with other experts in the web industry and make valuable new contacts for future business relationships.

Nigeria 2.0 is brought to you by Startups Nigeria in collaboration with Qubestreet and developed by 2Digits. We are currently looking for partnerships and sponsorships in order to make our events successful.
